Books are printed on-demand for each bulk order. Printing and fulfillment by Amazon KDP. Standard ground shipping to one address within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Amazon shipping policies and conditions apply to all orders. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations require a custom shipping quote.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders where required by law. Qualifying orders for resale may be exempt when the buyer provides a valid, properly completed resale certificate acceptable under applicable law before invoicing. A seller’s permit alone may not be sufficient. Other legally available exemptions require appropriate supporting documentation.
